Market for maxed zerker 1 prayer firecape

my zerker is currently 60 att 95 str 45 def 95 range and mage and 31prayer... and after loosing big at the duel arena im thinking about selling it.

should i go ahead and get 99str and range will that make the account worth more money?

besides having a firecape with 31 prayer and b gloves what are some other things i can do to make the account valuable?
