    hes got my steam acc..hes got the money....and hes refusing to pay me untill i give him the cd key to downlaod a game thats already been payed for on that account...... so untill i get my money off him i class it as scamming

    idk if thats enoguh proof but im pretty sure he knows you dont need a cd-key to download a game thats ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR
