Pretty sure unbanning and unlocking are two different things.

 

Unlocking your account involves recovering it, which is common knowledge, thus classified under "guides that are a waste of time"

If you insist that this guide deserves a shot at verification then let it be so.

I agree with Snow Patrol, besides i know a lot about locked runescape accounts and if you're not the real owner it's impossible to retrieve the account as long as the real owner keeps trying to recover it.

If this gets verified then i will be interested please reserve a guide for me and send me a PM.
