CircaXC ban appeal

First off, here's the scam report filed against me

Now, I'd like to start by saying that was one of the most low quality scam reports I've ever seen and it still escapes me why I was banned for that sort of evidence.

Gud contacted me to buy the RSN and we found a middleman and all was well. The deal went down smoothly. At one point I said "okay Slash can I have my money now I sent you the account info" and he said "he's swapping the name now, even though I told him not to." Now, THIS is EXACTLY what I told him as well. The name was advertised as "for sale" without any *'s or blocks at all so it was public knowledge. The name was turbo'd. The buyer takes full responsibility for this and that is the way it works.

Part two. The PM. Even if I did take the name back, why in the hell would I pm him that it was "the seller l0l gg" while I was busy skyping with him telling him it wasn't? Telling him it was me would bring me no personal gain and I'm not the average 12 year old user who talks trash and makes "your mom" jokes.

now, REGARDLESS. The evidence he posted gives absolutely NO insight to whether it was me or not and this literally shouldn't even be considered for a ban. The ToC of name trading says you shouldn't swap immediately and I told him that myself.

If you need to get SlashJakeRyan in here (the MM) he will back me up on this. Please be reasonable because I believe I have been more than clear on why there is absolutely no reason I should be banned. I shouldn't even have a warning. I didn't take the name back either..
