i don't understand u , u mean this quest must be finished provided u have summmoing. i finished this quest with 20 prayer pots, full mourning set and a normal weapon. it doesn't need summoning at all.

Yeah, he did that quest for me, and I hadn't done wolf whistle on that character. Nothing to be alarmed about, he's trustworthy.

Summoning isn't a requirement for any of the prequests or the quest mentioned. If Wolf Whistle isn't done the summoning icon doesn't appear.

To the OP can you make a fresh account and do prince ali rescue?
