[Request] A Clan Banner/Logo (?)

Alright, I don't really request a signature but something like a Clan Image 'sign'.
I want a sign in --------------this-------------- style but not the same. I mean, you must change wolf from that sign and the whole thing... I just added this to show you what I request you as I cant describe it with the words

I would really appreciate if you make me something similar with this.
Name on it: Hawks

It's for a game with knights, swords etc.
