• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I was banned for a past offence where I scammed someone for osrs gp by recovering an account I dont have any pictures or it as it was a long time ago and can't find any skype messaged of it or anything. On my new account i made named "chainbody" i didnt scam anyone and I want to be unbanned because it was something for me to do in my spare time and I have no plans on scamming or anything ever again.

Looks like you need to sort your story out. You'll need to post proof of attempting to contact the scammed member, as required in the sticky. I recommend putting some more effort into your next pardon too.
