recovered account

Hey guys, I've got a bit of random one but hopefully someone with more knowledge than me can shed some light. I'd like to state that im not accusing anyone but I am just wanting to confirm if this is a recovery or a hack? TLDR; Bought account been transferred from one jagex account to another...

I purchased a 42 defence pure with 99 range from @Searchy last year. i trained it to 92 strength and also got an infernal cape. It was even used in one of Odablock’s PKING videos. I tried everything to get it back! It’s gone. The email: [email protected] Fenui (rsn)
