Kinaesthetic Scammed Me

I paid Kin 100 euros to do a bunch of work for me, he did not follow my instructions correctly and he gave me things which were the wrong size, as he charges hourly he wouldn't fix them to a good standard even though it was his fault they were wrong in the first place. Instead, after I told him that the work he gave me was incorrect he remade it but the quality was terrible. So I had to pay full price for something of terrible quality?

All he done was shrink my sig lol, I paid 25 euros for this.

He didn't even remove the box around the "RSGP POKER" after he didn't add it initially when I told him to at the start, so after he already spent "1 hour" on it, he feels no need to put care into the work, but instead to do a quick half-arsed job publishing this as an outcome.


Here was my first poker table:
I paid 25 euros for this, I gave him the correct dimensions to place this poker table very specifically all in an email that I sent to him, yet all he done was grab a few images and layer them on top of each other not paying attention to what I actually requested.


Second poker table:
After I told him that he put it in the wrong place, he than gave me this product:
Initially I told him for the design of the poker table I want to display the ring in the middle of the GE to have as the poker table, but instead he just showed it in the background, on after he actually got the right dimensions this time I have ended up with a product that I didn't ask for. I'd already told him my sig was incorrect, and the table was incorrect, can I really give him even MORE hassle by telling him that the poker table is incorrect AGAIN? No, I had to pay him.

As if I thought he couldn't be any more incompetent, I gave him a link which told him the exact dimensions this item is supposed to be... 65x65, and he gives me this:


Again I told him this is wrong, obviously as he was wrong he is obliged to do another half-arsed job, by sending me a new poker set not of the size I asked for. But 64x64 pixels instead... thanks a bunch!

I would of just kept all this to myself and forgot about it, however his dark cloud has still been lurking around as he has told fellow graphic designers, even including a moderator to "stay away from me", it was a week of PMing and adding people on Skype before MoonGlare (The GFX Moderator) actually added me on Skype after I sent him a PM with a subject called "Paying $1000" (this was just to get his attention) and finally he added me on Skype!

I then requested my order - a thread layout, and filled out everything he needed to know. I spent ~20 minutes writing my specification for him as he asked and offered to pay him all up front in various different payment methods including RSGP.

After all of this he tells me...

I feel this is unfair, What I want from this is just for MoonGlare to recognise that Kin is unfair in bad-naming me, and and best hopefully MoonGlare will accept my request. If he doesn't then whatever, but I feel I needed to share this as it is bothering me quite a bit.

This is the wrong section for this. Things like this should go in report a scammer also situations like this should not be at the discretion of other sythe users it should be left in the hands of the moderate team, but I do feel like if you paid for something it should be completed the way that you want it. It is also bad business for him to just go ahead and delete you like that without even attempting to fix the problem if you feel like you deserve your money back I believe he should be willing to negotiate a partial refund of some sort but if its not done right you should be refunded something but its not my call.

 

Kinaesthetic is the one who gave me a bad quality product. When I called him out about it after I received everything he got offended and deleted me.

Then I was under the impression that was left there and then.

However, he went on to give me a bad name to other GFX designers who will now not do work for me. This is what I'm upset about.

 

Ok guys lets not let this situation get out of hand. If you have problems there is a very active Graphics moderator names Moonglare im sure if you got them 2 together there is nothing that cannot be solved. Lets not use this thread to insult of gang up on Kin. If you have a problem go about it in a formal approach and start from the Top. Moonglare, Kinaesthetic if you cannot get the problem solved there then post in the report a scammer section if you feel you were treated badly of scammed for anything.

 

MoonGlare is the person who is ignoring me, because Kin told MoonGlare to avoid me. This is my problem, Kin (the guy who scammed me) is giving me a bad name to others, which is unfair to me. Because of this, MoonGlare will not accept any requests from me as he feels he's "being unloyal to Kin".

 

I never forced you to leave me when i said i was going to the gym, your choice to hop over to him. As much as i dislike this lack of simple respect for someone's life i wont say you're in the wrong here. I like kina, i think he can produce alot of good work. But that doesn't mean he should be allowed to do this just because of his reputation. This should get mod attention.
Also, it's not like you don't deserve a bad name because you're vading after all.

And from our experience, I had to come find you cutting trees somewhere in RuneScape, then pay you. then after you took my payment I asked if you're goin to do the work now? You told me no, and that you're going to the gym soon. So I was like lol what? I am not waiting around for you, I will pay you when you actually do the work.

From a customers point of view, I was not happy with that service so I simply avoided you.

 

so in your eyes istaking precaution and acting like i'm skilling to avoid rwt bans since i traded alot the last days is bad? right... And i think it's pretty much normal that if i had to leave in 5 minutes that i'm not gonna start then since i would be back like an hour or so after. I see you rather had this service tho. I can confirm MoonGlare did treat me nicely.

 

Me flamming Kin at the end was hardly unbelievable after all the bad work he done for me, and he was making me go through such hassle to pay him for a banner to be made. I got someone trusted on another RS related forums to do the trade for me, I linked him their profile he said "Ok PM me from their account". I then messaged the owner of that account on Skype and he told me to just invite him into the convo. Which then, the screenshot he gave is what happened afterwards.

 

This sounds like a bunch of non sense if you are not happy with the way you were treated simple do not use the user again for any of your work. As for Kin's problem since I have seen the proof he shouldn't have said he was ok with the work if he was not but other than that I see nothing wrong. Situation could have been avoided if users would just agree or disagree with graphic work do not be intimidated to say you do not like the work received in the long run you paid for it and you should be able to enjoy is case point and there after. No sense in arguing about anything or folks trying to prove a point. In the end its Moonglare's section and he should handle the situation accordingly.

The work Kin did was pretty shitty, I'm a beginner and I probably could have done a better job. That being said the costumer was a very picky guy and Kin just didn't have the patients to actually listen to what he wanted to begin with. All Kin did was listen to his criticism but talk him out of it by saying it looked great which it didn't judging by what I'm looking at. Even though he did say he liked the work he also said he didn't like it either. I just feel like he should be refunded and if Kin is to busy to make quality work then he shouldn't being doing it and taking orders.

 

Next time you go to the mac donalds, make sure to go back a day later to tell them you'd like a refund because you didn't like your burger.

As I stated, I was going to put this over that carpet, however as you lurked around and caused me even more trouble by telling MoonGlare to ignore my order!?
This is why I have continued the subject and exposed you. I would prefer someone with higher authority to see what they say about this.

...In the meantime I'd like the other products I ordered in the email which you gave me a quote for but did not deliver, if not a refund would be fine.
