Was not on the do not suggest list but amazed it if not been suggested before.

A picture of a world next to your pm box maybe, that shows a number + notifications similar to facebook and many other forums

would get notifications for example when.

-You are quoted
-A thread you follow is posted in
-You get a new pm

This is an amazing idea, may take some coding but still an amazing idea, I don't know how the servers would take all the traffic though

I think it would be useful to have, especially if you are quoted. Support.

 

Wasn't this brought up before but like differently worded? Anyways, I'd definitely support it for the whole quote thing so you can get back to someone more easily and discussions in general.

 

I actually suggested notifications when you are quoted and it was denied ages ago. Now that they're open to some reform and what-not, hopefully they're more willing to look at this. Definitely support.

 

100% support, the ease of access that would be added to Sythe because of that would be fantastic. No more the days of scrolling through threads to see if anyone had a comment to make about something you posted! Haha

Definitely a good addition to Sythe. The addition of notification when you are being quoted is really good.

No this is not Facebook. If you want to subscribe to a thread go ahead. I'd hate to get 289834589734 notifications for quotes, ect.

Meh... wouldn't mind if it was implemented. Do hope there is a "turn off notifications" option. and we don't really need the message/PM notifications if there is already a popup when we receive a new message.

I guess, but simply considering what you subscribe to threads is annoying enough. Not to mention if you wanna see what other people said back to you just check the threads.

 

I like the idea besides the PM part, you can get a pop up for that if u want to.

 

Well we don't need a pm nor an email. But as far as a notifications like facebook saying "1" or something is simply retarded.
