X-Shadow banned for self-trading.

I'm comming with this final dispute to end this case. 2 Days ago me and my brother got banned for the rule "Self-Trade" which was a vouch we did because he bought my guide for 9$ the payment that was made 2 days ago around 2:06PM a couple of hours before we got banned. Today I've been talking with Skele_Master and proven him via webcam over Messenger that I had a brother and that my story isn't bullshit. Pictures has been shown, and I got strong evidence that we were not fake vouching however we did not know this rule untill Sindrefyrn redirected me to the thread containing that self-trading was a permanent ban and the rule was stickied under the bottom in the section 'Runescape Black Market' and me and my brother havent seen this so we didn't know trading with people known in real life was banable. I only readed the official rules and did not know this rule, so we didn't think we would get banned for what we did, I suggest to state this in the updates of the official rules. What im requesting is, an unban and give us a second chance

I can confirm that they went on a webcam and proved their identity, however, I'll leave it to an admin to decide if you may return.

 

I, personally, don't think it's fair unbanning X-Shadow. Just because he's got a brother, doesn't mean he can prove who of the brothers who scammed. Can anyone proving they've got a brother/sister scam as much as they want and just blame it on him/her?

 

He didn't scam; he vouched his brother for selling him a guide. This was similar to Kleenex's situation, so I'm leaving the final decision to an admin.

 

IMO, I think we hear too many "my brother" story lines. No Support as I'm finding many Self-Traders these days

 

Is this the rule you're talking about?

In my opinion you should stay banned. You should know the rules that are for each section before you post there or you will face the consequences. Ignorance to the rules is not an excuse.

 

I believe that this was an honest mistake on his part. He may be unbanned.

Your IP history, timing and [unique] post habits say you're not telling the truth. Also, on X-shadow you used the msn [email protected]

Guess Saradyl should be banned also. You opened this account while X-shadow was banned

In short even if the brother case is to be considered, all the above shows you have no control over your IP, msn or account. Sorry, I vote for ban to include all the other connected accounts.

I don't know how to explain that, but I did not post it i swear i just want unban with a second chance, I know i did brake a rule by self-vouching but I swear I never saw & heard this rule. I'm just beggin for an unban, worked hard for it Finn said I may be unbanned with a second chance and I was happy but now my chances are low because Finn can change mind. His other banned accounts were banned for scamming and as such all his accounts will be permanently banned.
