Selling TheHaloHelpers.com - Maybe?

I'm still on the edge about this...I've put a lot of time and effort into this website. It has grown very rapidly and has gained a strong reputation in the time it has been in existence. However, with school coming up...I simply do not think I can put the same time and effort into making the website the best that it can be.

This is why I am considering selling TheHaloHelpers.com

With it would come all accounts:
AIM
MSN
Justin.tv
Weebly.com to edit the site
Gmail
All information to all accounts being sold on the site-as well as the boosters
*Anything else needed that I may have left out

I'm looking for serious offers only...I don't know what to price it at...but if I do indeed decide to sell..I would like for it to go to someone trustworthy so that the name is not disgraced.

All I know is the value of the accounts alone being sold right now totals to around $80...

Like I said, I'm not sure if I'm totally committed...if I can get a good buyer with a good prices...I'll probably strongly consider the offer...otherwise, I very well may just keep the site.

can you post usage statistics for the site? how many users visit it daily? whats your bounce rate?

What kind of profit are you making from it monthly?

Basically how many people visit the site and loose interest and continue onto another site...

All this information is required for anyone who is looking to purchase a website as it allows us with web experience to find out how many users who visit the website decide to purchase your services.

Can you provide access to those statistics? what company or code are you using to track this? (it seems like webly but I want to make sure)

Also, I'd need to know how many UNIQUE visits as you could just be simply reloading the page to create those "page views"
