Perm banned for $2.50 and it wasn't even me?

First of all I got a 2 week ban for this & then all of a sudden I get a perm ban:

I don't see why I should get perm banned for $2.5, and I think it was the guys fault for doing the trade completely off of sythe. I had no threads, sent no PMs. Pretty crap. I liked this forum and I think it would be a shame if I went out for something petty like this. And no, it's not even about the principle, it wasn't me who scammed and I got the ban raised for no apparent reason.

By the way, there's no evidence that the paypal did belong to me, which it did not. Even if you people believe I am accountable for any scamming that dick did, there's no proof that it was even him that the money was sent to.
