quests are probably a fake because quests give xp like "the knight's sword" after that quest u should have at least lvl 29+ smithing and that quests gives xp in smithing since it exists so that cant be real

Once upon a time all stats were wiped. Therefore this IS possible.

A few years ago Jagex wiped botters stats and items. So, everything is at level 1.

Someone else was selling an account that was level 3 with vampire done. He explained how it happened.

 

The account has all stats one with quests done because when accounts in rsc were banned their stats were wiped. Although the quests were never wiped. So when these accounts entered rs2, the quests were still done but all the stats were one except for 9 hp.

 

$50ish, I had a offer from a OMM of $40 so far.
