Freaking_Pure (apprentice banned) - SOLUTION

(i've now read the rules, several times, and got a solution)

Username of banned account: Freaking_Pure

Requested information for a faster reply:

•State your Sythe name - Alex Frost (Freaking_Pure)
•State why you were 'Scamming'
•State why ________ was unwarranted (unsure what this is asking, sorry)
•State the moderator who banned you (if known) - R33l2r3al (note, the person who got the account banned is NOW banned, 'google_me'.
•Additional information goes here and in subsequent bullet points;

A couple days ago, when i sold my 'Maxed Zerker, 106' (User: Third Pure), the account was sold successfully for $125.us.dollars to [email protected] (James Brockman), he was pleased, but the password was at the time ''August20'' (the same password i use for my paypal, moneybookers, MSN and.. Sythe account), perhaps he tested it? I don't know, but what ever he did, it worked. He did also send me a screenshot titled ''RSbot MM scamming me'', i suppose that may have had a keylogger in it, as i froze for several seconds afterwards i opened it.


He added me on Facebook just before he stole my accounts, under the name ''James Brockman' new'', and afterwards commented on my wall, quote;

I got hold of his mobile number, located in his Facebook account (info), and called with a withheld number, fortunately he answered and after a couple minutes of tearful begging, he returned my Sythe.org account - from sympathy i guess. The password he returned it with was -148734jdb*****- I will tell the rest to a moderator if requested.

Q. My sythe account got hacked. Can I get it back?
A. If no one has been scammed by the hacker, you can get it back. Contact an administrator. If someone has been scammed, your account will be banned until you repay the amount scammed back. If you can’t get in touch with the person who was scammed, ask an administrator to hold the money for you.

- I'm happy to cover the fees of what ever was scammed off these victims of James Brockmans scam, as long as it's not ridiculously out of my financial comfort, perhaps if we can arrange an appointment with these people to negociate a way i may compensate them, as i do accept partial blame for their loss.

Freaking_Pure was around 60 posts away from reaching 'Guru', which was a massive goal of mine, would've meant alot personally as that milestone was one i'd been hoping to reach since i registered in mid-2007.

I'll also donate to www.sythe.org if my ban is lifed, respectively - promise. I've been meaning to do so for a while now, but haven't yet had the time to go to the postoffice to send it (via mail as requested), $200-$299.00 guaranteed.

As you can see, the current MSN is [email protected] (James Brockman), which was changed a couple days ago from [email protected] (mine), which was the assigned e-mail address for a couple years, surely that itself could raise suspicion?, i'll immediately correct this if my account is returned, please do..

- Alex Frost (loyal Sythe.org member for almost 3 years), please consider it, i know it's alot to read, but i see this forum a part-time job. I can't afford to lose it.

 

If it does show that you were hacked, and you repay all the people scammed by the hacker in full, then your ban will be lifted. You are responsible for your Sythe account.

Here's what happened:

Freaking_Pure sold an account to James Brockman. James Brockman was then able to hack Freaking_Pure(he had the same password for everything) and scam 'Google_me' for this same account. James Brockman hacked Freaking_Pure's Paypal, Facebook, etc. From here, 'Google_me' filed a report saying Freaking_Pure(James Brockman) scammed him for $80.00. Although 'Google_me' was banned for scamming pins a couple days ago. Freaking_Pure wants to repay the $80.00, but 'google_me' is a scammer himself and his report not necessarily credible.

Bottom line: Freaking_Pure seems pretty legit and possibly deserving of an unban...
