Ban Evader

I was dealing with guy because he wanted skill training and I told him to post on my thread.
He basically gave himself out because he told me that his previous account was temp banned for spamming.
Whether it's true or not, he still has another account that he ban evaded on.

What the hell is this? LMAO

 

He's a known ban evader, but is there any proof that the other account is him as well as there is no e-mail and the IP's don't match.
