skull 9hp accounts are NOT rare atal the reason for 1hp accounts is wene you made an account back in runescape classic it would start with 9hp then peopole didnt play and came back to thier accounts once rs2 was made and any new user had 10hp but the rs classic ppl had 9

 

then explain why they can sell for $40+ on here? and no, the reason is when runescape 2 came out they raised the Xp for skills, so people who had 10hp when runescape 2 came out went down to 9. P.S. thanks for the bump.
