    Well I got banned on my other account 12..11..1P because I was trying to get my original account back...you said if I pay the victims back (there were none?) then I could get my account back, find the victims he scammed ON MY ACCOUNT and I will pay them back.

    You should have disputed it when you were hacked rather than making a new account, and putting more members at risk of your hacker.
