You cannot sell an account with a CC and it's only 8k not 9k msp

 

Not to mention this is more than likely a phished account.. which means it'll get disabled fairly soon.

no you cannot remove the CC from it, i believe u have to call Microsoft in order to do that.

 

You can remove a CC by just going to xbox.com and doing it from there. Also you will then have to put live.

 

this is what happened... I spent the 9k ms points then the account did get eventually banned but I still got all the content I bought with the 9k ms points so it was a good deal =) if i get more accounts later in time I will sell and you guys can buy still with the 10k ms points then it will get banned but you will still have all the stuff you bought
