Basically he is trying to sell a 4 digit STEAMID that isn't his. He provided a CLEARLY faked screenshot, which is absolutely impossible since the community link says that the account hasn't been logged into for 79 days.

How do you take a screenshot then not be online for 79 days?

At least a TWC if not a ban.

EDIT: He told me that Steam Community was down, and therefore he could change the friends name or add me to friends to prove he owned the account. Whats this? Steam Community isn't down and is working fine? What a surprise.
