So, I did the nettle scam at Bounty World, and the guy reported me.
Can I get banned for this? And has somebody been?

What is the nettle trick ?

 

I suppose it is something about getting someone to pick nettles, which injure them if they don't have gloves. But the nettles don't do much damage so I'm not sure.

I don't know much about it, but it sounds like item scamming, seeing as you are tricking someone into losing their items. But I wouldn't worry about it, Jagex is on such a macro banning frenzy they probably don't even look at item scamming.

Are you talking about the one where you tell a kid to pick those nettles and he died? They do 1 damage per nettle, if he was stupid enough to pick his whole HP worth then shame on his retarded ass.

You wont get banned for that. If they see chat logs they'll mute you at the worst (on first offense). Jagex has a sense of humor, if they see that the dude was totally retarded, they wont be too harsh on you.

Ok, I will explain how it goes. First you wait till you get a target, you ask the target if they wanna do Nettle trick. If they agree you both go in the willderness and damage each other for atleast 1 HP. Then you go to the bank and both take 75K. Now comes the scamming part. You also take a trout.Now you walk to the Yew tree's where the nettles are. You both pick nettles until 2 Hp. Then you drop the trout under the nettles. You count from 3 2 1 and then pick up the trout , so your targt thinks you picked the nettle and died. He dies you eat the trout and take his loot!
