    Introduction
My sister happens to have a mac which she uses quite frequently however she wont tell me the password to the computer. Being crafty as I am I figured out a way to make an account identical to hers that she would never know about. Here is how you do it:

    Step by step
    1. Reboot the computer by holding the power button down and then turn it back on, immediately when it turns back on hold the Apple key and the S key together.

    2. A black screen should appear and lines of text should stream down, this is Mac's terminal, now type in exactly this:
    Code:
    mount -uw /
    then press enter.

Mac's terminal should resemble something like this

    3. Then it should say something along the lines of "Removed 1 orphaned file" or something like that. Then type exactly:
    Code:
    rm /var/db/.applesetupdone

    4. After you press enter then type in "reboot" the computer should restart and it should prompt you through the setting up of your new mac account.

    5. This method does not delete the previous owners account, it simply just makes a new one so don't worry about all your old stuff being deleted.

    Conclusion
Since you don't want the admin knowing about this account, I would recommend making all of the information the exact same as the original admin as it changes the login text. So lets say I wanted it to say HeavenLord's MacBook, then in the name when registered I would put "*space*HeavenLord's MacBook"

this is what you need to change so the original owner doesn't know you have an account
