Trading 120 RS (99str/att) for 12month Xbox Live subscription code

As of Xmas I have a recently bought 360 and a bunch of great online games.
I am currently using a free month of Xbox live that came with the console, However that ends very soon so I need something to add on top of that.

Im willing to trade my great RuneScape account which I havn't really used in a while, For one Xbox Live 12-Month Subscription Card code (found on the back of the card, I dont need the card itself)...

92 (or 91, i dont really remember) mage

These stats alone make the account a kick-ass pker.
and 92 woodcutting..

There are also other stats in the mid-high 70's and 80's.

There is admittedly not alot of money/items on the account by any means.. I asked my brother to clean out its bank a while back and he thought it'd be smart to drop all of my quest items aswell.
There is a strength and attack capes, Some rune, glory, and some other members items + about 700k cash. All up just over a mill of items and cash on it.

**IMPORTANT**
There are NO recoveries on the account.
There is NO bank pin on the account.

However this does not mean you can steal the account and run.. Without any prior information you cant keep it.

For this great account I only require the code which you find by scratching off the back on a 12-month Xbox Live subscription card.. This code is all I need, Not the actual card itself.

This is a brief description of how i want the trade to go down:
1) You post here or PM expressing an interest (prefferably both), Include your MSN and whether or not you have the card.
2) Within 2-3 hours i will add you on MSN and will give you the USERNAME/PASSWORD for the RS account, You may now go on the account and look around, To make sure everything is legit.
3) If you still like the account and still want to trade, I will now give you SOME account information such as old recovs, a few passwords, etc..
4) You WILL now give me the code from the card, Any of this "hold on i'll just go get it" bullshit and i'll stop the trade immediately.
5) I will instantly add the code into my Xbox live account, And if it successfully works, I will VERY happily give you all the info you would ever want for the RS account such as more recovs, more passwords, transaction ID's, date created, email created with, etc + any other info you can think of.
6) I will keep you added on MSN just in case you want to ask something about the account.
7) We will go on our merry ways =]
