Buying account with 42.56$ amazon account.

Title says it all I have a account on amazon that has 42.56$ all from gift cards I will trade for a nice runescape account.
I'm looking for a lvl 92 ish with some good stats over or 70 on att,str,def So I can get barrows. also some good money making stats.
I know that I'm new I will go first if you have 5 or more vouches.
If not then we will use a MM for trade.
