I am Persia_Ugly. I understand how stressful some have it balancing jobs while going to school, raising a family while pursuing a career. Hell even doing the household chores can get hectic if you let it all catch up on you. Than you got the bills to worry. And lets not mention your own self esteem as well as what others may think of you. Sometimes I count it as a miracle to just get through the day. We all have our whole lives ahead of us, how do you ever keep up?

Well I got a simple solution, a prolonged solution that may change the way you spend your time. Nothing like a Band-aid Fix, this simple method is used by Authors, Actors, Businessmen and Everyday Joe's alike. I can show you something so profound in everyday life, you'll wonder how you ever got by without it! OK maybe I'm going too far here! but I assure you it will at least make you say "ahh I get it!"

This guide, if used with an open mind, can provide you with tools necessary to become Productive beyond previous belief. This method can increase peace of Mind, Happiness and Success!

Persia_Ugly's Guide to Using Time Wisely - in 3 Easy Steps​

Step:1

Sit somewhere you can think, or relax outside if the weather is right. Make sure you bring a piece of paper and a pencil/pen with you. That is because the first step requires some thinking. What you need to think about is simple.

Draw a Circle. Within the circle write your Concerns.

Concerns are areas that are important to you, things that are of interest to you and affect you. Family is a concern as well as passing grades. What are your concerns? We are all unique with our own concerns, please think hard about yours. You may realize some that you have not given much thought about until now, that step is important to Using Time Wisely.

Sometimes you may not be sure if its a concern, just write it down anyways.

Step:2

The next step is a fair bit easier. But equally important for positive change.

Draw a smaller Circle inside your Circle of Concern. In this write those you can Influence.

We are always concerned about those which we can not change. We waste alot of time, without knowing it most times, on things outside of our Influence. By Illustrating your own concerns and comparing them with that which you can Influence, we gain a clear understanding of where we must spend our efforts. In order to Use Time Wisely.

You need to really look into what you Value in life. Values are something with relative worth, merit, or importance.

Step:3
Too often we chase dreams that may never come to pass, such as ending world hunger. Which would be great but is a rather huge problem. Another example is the way others see us, which we cant change. Those Concerns are not in our Influence. But what we can change is the way we see ourselves, as well as our own outward appearance. Those are Concerns that we Can Influence.

Find Balance between your Concerns and Influences

You will find that by spending most of your time on things outside of your Circle of Influence may have negative results. and Thus as well, spending Time on those only inside your influence doesnt broaden your horizens to tackle new challenges. You must find a balance, everybody has their own balancing point and finding yours is every bit as important as a regular dentist check up.

A Balanced Circle is key.

When we properly learn to manage our Circle of Influence and Circle of Concern, we actually increase and decrease the Circles sizes. If you Concentrate on your Circle of Influence it grows larger and allows for more Concerns to be met. If you concentrate on Work you increase Wages that allow you to Travel and properly take care of Family. When we concentrate on Good Grades, we of coarse set ourselves up to Influence Career choices as well as many other positive Concerns. A very important thing to remember is If you Neglect your Circle of Influence it grows smaller. an equally Important thing to note is if you focus all your energies on only concerns, your influence shrinks.

There you have it! I hope this guide was an eye opening experience, or even at least gave you a better understanding of how to manage your life! The tools are in your hands, remember You are the master of your own Fate, you are the captain of your Soul.

I think that this is a very useful guide. Although, only at a young age of 14, I still get stressed quite often over very little things. This will help me alot. Thanks.

 

Decent guide, didn't do anything special for me but it's alright. I'll give it a 6/10. Also, you spelt "Sythe" like "Scythe". Getting mixed up with with Runescape to much, buse your time wisely!
