The requirement's of this is the following.
YOu must not have a bin pink.
YOu must have no recoveries.
You must have no black mark's.
You will give me all of the account information before I pay you.
The stat's must be 1 def 1 magic 1 prayer and 1 range.
The only stat's it should have is atk and str.
the highest atk I need is 60 atk and only 60 atk.
I need a str of 70 or higher.
