I think this is a desperate attempt at a scam.

1.

Trying to get anything he can out of it? AND thats pretty darn good english, commas in the correct places, "etc" used correctly.

2. Just learning english wouldn't make him type lcl instead of lvl or level, nor 22 instead of 122, or most of the grammar mistakes he made. (not saying that just because someone has bad grammar means their a scammer)

But anyways.
