's User Educator Application [ACCEPTED/AWAITING RANK]

Hi, this is 詹姆斯, I come from Australia, but I know different languages, I wish to become a User Educator because I can help anyone whenever needed; fast and simple support, I don't make riddles to say a answer, I just say it straight out. I don't stuff around, I'm very mature and hardly never go insane. I consider myself as a Teacher in different places, the I'm also doing very well in computers and hardware, software, etc. I'm not annoying, so I fit all the normal things for a User Educator, so I will have no troubles doing anything, I will hardly ask for any help, I learn things myself. So if you consider reading my tutorials, I would completely enjoy you reading them. So, enjoy.

~ How to Setup Google Adsense ~

    Requirements and what you need:
    - A Blog, or Website that allows you to have your own ADs or Adsense. (I think Piczo accepts ADs I'm not that sure of Blogs, best to make your own website).
    - A Google Adsense Account (not just a normal account), you need two in that case, if you have one.
    - Traffic on your website, or else your ADs won't get clicked, thus removing money from your Earnings.
    - Basic Copy and Paste Skills is helpful.

    Step one,
    - Read the Terms of Service, and follow the basic rules:
    - You aren't allowed to click on your own ADs, even if you're interested in your own ADs Content.
    - You aren't allowed to 'ask', (making someone counted), Click on your ADs for the sake of it.
    - You aren't allowed to put someone else's Adsense code on your website without their permission.
    - You aren't allowed to, spam your Adsense code, or force them into putting your code on their website.

    Step two,
    - Create a Google Adsense Account, it may take up to 7 days to be Accepted or Declined.
    - If you're Declined, it's not the end of the world; I'm sure you're allowed to make another creation of an account
    - When you're accounted you'll be sent an Email to confirm your details, etc, make sure they're real, because you don't want your payment go to someone else instead of you.
    - Treat Google Adsense with respect.

    Step three,
    - After you're accepted, go to the URL: www.google.com(.au)/adsense and login to your account
    - Press 'Add ADs to your website, or setup Google Adsense.
    - Click on the type of ADs you want.
    - There is three different types of ADs giving different amounts of money to you, the first is Adsense for Content, putting ADs on your site that are click your website, next it referrals, it's a bit like a referral system, if this person installs Firefox, you get $1 dollar (USD), next is Adsense for Search, which is the best in my opinion, they can search your website, or the web, if they type in a word, Adsense configures it, and if they click an AD they've been searching for you get $0.10(c) cents or so.
    - Copy and paste the HTML Code
    - Put it on your website, using the HTML Code Program, you have with your Blog, or website.

~ Creating a iPBFree Invision Power Board ~

Requirements for you, and your new Forum:
    - Know something about Invision Power Boards,
    - Following rules, yes you must follow rules, everything has rules and everything has a reason for the rules, not there to just annoy you, trust me.
    - Being a good leader, being a good leader means blending in, not just being at the top of everything all the time, this means, not giving yourself every rank you have.
    - Being a calm and happy leader, hardly, people hate a intense leader, nor do they like a quiet leader, they usually like it if their Administrator isn't scared doing new stuff.
    - Don't steal other people's work, such as Ranks or Signature from other Forums, remmeber if you look bad (stealing stuff), it gives a bad impression on your Forum so you should be careful.

    Step one,
Make your way to http://www.ipbfree.com/ and read the Terms of Service the first thing you do, the basic rules you need to understand are:
    - No ADs are allowed on your iPBFree, (their ADs are allowed, because it's a free service), if you're understanding how many ADs they put on your website, it's 1, but they have disabled the ADs for a couple of days, until their AD Removal System is comes out, which is 5 dollars a month.
    - If your iPBFree Forum doesn't have a New Topic or Post, it is deleted in 90 days, (3 months), iPBFree probably can't pay $100 dollars for each Forum made each day, even if their users are inactive, so they just delete them, however, you may request it back at the iPBFree Support Forums.
    - You aren't allowed to make a iPBFree Forum just for Flaming or Spamming your Forum, other words, you must remove the Flaming or Spam when you see it, otherwise, you'll be just dumb and your Forum will be removed.
    - No adult Content, such as Porn or any different type of Sex Content, basicly, everyone sees them, we don't want kids looking at Porn or any different Adult Content, or else they might be blocked from Schools or even Internet Cafes.
    - No Warez, Illegal Drugs, Terrorism Content allowed, that's a reasonable rule though, Drugs are Illegal, and we still don't want to discuss it.
    - Any different types of Illegal Content.
    - Your website isn't allowed to redirect to any different website other then iPBFree.com.

    Step two,
Things you might need to know:
    - Your Forum might not be active, try advertising it a bit, in your MSN, or even your Forum Signature, and make a deal with the members to get your Forum active a bit, try not to lie.
    - Don't spam on other websites to get a Forum active, it takes years to get a functional community, it takes time, how else would Sythe be here without everyones hard work? They've made Sythe what it is today, even the scammers play a role in the economy.
    - You don't want enemies, they'll just ruin your Forum completely, everyone has Friends which tell Friends, etc.
    - Have a good reputation. Get active with your Members aswell.
    - Never give out your members personal details, such as Email Addresses, I.P. Addresses, or any different type of personal details.
    - A good Forum has numbers of members, and a small active moderating team.

To get started, click on "Get an iPBFree Board", and you'll be redirected to the registration page. It's good to have a good name ready, and maybe real details, because you'll probably need them in the near future, however you don't need a Email Address to make your own Forum, however, they send you an Activation Email, though it's not required to Activate it just yet.

If you ever need help on starting a new iPBFree Board (invision power board), you can always use the support forums for almost anything iPBFree related, anything down to the Board Wrappers, right down to the Domain Name help, it's everything you almost need to know about Invision Power Board, and their
Free Service, here is a picture of the iPBFRee Support Forums.

    Step three,
Now, you created your Forum, now it's time to add more Forums to it, you can always access your Forums, via the Administrators Panel -> Forum Control -> Forum Manager, but before you make your Forums, you should create the Permission Masks and the Usergroups, for Moderators you'll make a Permission Mask, a Usergroup and add the Usergroup to the Forum, (this is a way to make Private Forums too), however you must cut out the last part I just stated in this tutorial.

This is what your new Forum should look like (in a Administrators view):

    Step four:
    - If you have any Phones, or Phone Connections, put a filter on each one of them.
    - Your Modem may not work if your Phoneline if trained (cords everywhere), to your Phoneline.
    - Test out your new Internet, is it faster? If not, contact your ISP.
    - Lastly, play RuneScape and Sythe all day and night.

~ Manage your Desktop Files ~

    Requirements for this task:
    - A Computer I guess.
    - A horrible mess of files.
    - Mismanagement of Files.

    Step one,
    - You need to right on your Desktop and Click 'Run Desktop Cleanup Wizard'.
    - You'll be given options on which files need cleaning up, just click the box.
    - Now, you must decide on what you need and what you don't need, the first thing you might need is:
    - Internet Explorer.
    - Paint.
    - Calculator.
    - Microsoft Word.
    - Games.
    - Files you need.

Now, you'll be given the much you use these Programs, I suggest you view this for a while, and see how long you use Internet Explorer more then other Programs, such as Microsoft Word or any different Programs. If you use your different Programs rarely, I suggest you clean that up aswell, if your Mum or Dad uses the Computer, don't put their Files, just your files, and but it on your Private Document, to make a Password Protected Folder, you just need to create a Z.I.P. Folder.

Well, 2 and 4 have been done quite a few times, and 5 has been somewhat common. I can't say if you'd be ok for sure, because I'm not positive how everyone would vote on this. I do like your guides, as they are completely tech related, but the length kinda kills em, as well as the fact that they've been done before.

    I say you're 50-50 right now XD.

    Dear 詹姆斯,

Thank you for applying to be a part of the User Education team. Your application has been viewed, and is set to Pending. Presently, a poll on whether the User Education team feels your application should be approved or denied has been created.

If at any point you desire to change something in your application, simply inform us, via post, of what changes occured. Sometimes the smallest tweak can change a User Educator's vote. Should you wish to withdrawal your application at any time, please notify a Head User Educator, and they will remove it.

Again, good luck on being accepted.

I kind of like these tutorials although I don't think they're great. It looks like you spent a lot of time one the first two and spent almost no time on the last 3. I liket he fact tha tyou use a lot of pictures which surely adds to the "understandability" of the tutorial.

What I don't like is the way you write. You have a rather annoying way of saying things in my opinion:

I'm not sure what I am going to vote for you cause I liked the tuts it was just quite hard to keep reading it...
