Recovs....

Ok, so, I have an account to sell. When I try to cancel the recov's, which I've already done, it says...

There are no pending recovery questions to cancel.

If you wish, you can set new recovery questions

To logout and return to the front page, click here

When I log in, It says I have them. How do I get rid of them!??!

 

To cancel your recovery questions:

1. Go to the runescape homepage
2. On the left hand side, scroll down and click "Recover a Lost Password"
3. Fill in your username and then select "Someone else knows my recovery answers"
4. Click submit, and then fill in all the information you know about the account.
5. At the bottom, say "One of my friends knows my recovery answers, please help!"
6. Click Submit Details, then click "Continue"
7. Write down the tracker I.D, Click continue and Activate.

If you're a member, check it in about half an hour, if you're not a member, just check it once or twice a day. If it's accepted, your recovery questions will be unset.
