Rsdemon!!

Ok i was wondering how to get on the Rsdemon Homepgae, i knwo wat it is, it says, install Langaug pcks or someting, i click install than it tells me i need a cd to install them, than i just click cancel and then it says page cannot be displayed.. ANy info, is it down?
