Scammed by Instagram

Instagram screwed me over for £33..

So here's the start of the conversation.. I sent him a PM in sythe..



He then added me and I accepted..



And as you can see in the Skype conversation he says "Ignore my privat message".. Which was..



(Not important now, but is later)

Then he told me to go first, so I sent him $53 and OH, surprise.. his Moneybookers isn't loading..



If you look at his Moneybookers e-mail, it's the [email protected].. There is already a banned account on Sythe called Ys-Time

Also, when on this profile, I noticed his MSN address was the same as his Moneybookers.. coincidence? I think not..

Then.. he says he received the money then.. OH, another surprise.. his banks site is loading slow.. then he says there's a problem with his actual account..



Then his bank issues are "fixed".. And now he's trying to get me to buy more than I wanted.. He then goes on to say he "NEEDS" my Ultimate Team login details, because of "risks" with his FUT account.. which is a load of crap!



I knew he was scamming me then, he then claimed there was "no evidence" and that Sythe is dumb..



Then after I said I wouldn't give my details, he started going on about buying my card through a "VPN".. And that it wasn't open for another 7 and a half hours..



So I sent him my players detail on Ultimate Team so that he could buy it in the morning..

And waited pretty much 10 hours and asked if he'd had any progress.. and OOOH, you guessed it! NO REPLY!

The next thing I know, it pops up saying "This person has not shared their details with you." (You can see this in the first Skype print screen)



So I got deleted and blocked by him as he fucked off with my money.

So I sent him a message on Sythe asking for to just please buy my card and that $53 was a lot of money..

He replied..



Even though he had said to me at the start of the Skype conversation.. "Ignore my privat message"

Also, if it helps, he has a Skype account "ys.time" but wouldn't accept me..

This is where I got his other Skype account from..





This guy is clearly fucking people over and coming back on different accounts, I saw today that someone else got scammed by him, but on Runescape, the link to that thread is..

Please ban this dick and be VERY wary of trading, it's such a shitty feeling.

Thanks for the report, I've banned him

I went through all his posts and sure enough, there is not a single mention of his Skype or MSN anywhere. It's very clear what he does - he sets up transactions via PM and gets the other person to say their MSN/Skype so that he can add them and doesn't have to reveal his. He then scams them, and tries to brush it off as an encounter his an impostor.

I really appreciate the detailed report, as the other report was lacking evidence.
