I can't refund a guy when he's only been on 2 hours in the last 4-5 days, just to report me. We are also in different timezones, this is why he left me his details via Sythe and I was to do his f cape while he was sleeping. Me, my partner, and other people feel he did this intentionally to get me banned. As I explained, Snow Patrol is being extremely ignorant of the fact that I did nothing wrong. You have not acknowledged that fact. I have merely been punished for nothing. In his dispute it shows his account untouched- I was not even able to log in. Surely that is reason enough to say I didn't scam this guy.

For which reason I have added your MSN and I will give the money to you because I get the feeling this guy isn't gonna get back to me. Mine is [email protected] please accept.

I would like to point out that in the report against me, he did NOT follow the template, and so I was banned with severely insufficient proof, from a topic that should have been locked. Further, the pictures he has used are so small, I can't even read them! Who can? What I can make out from the pictures is the use of MSN logs- regardless of what it shows, this isn't allowed.

He showed NO proof that he had attempted to contact me within a reasonable time frame. After waking up, I had received a PM from him via Sythe, which was our medium of trade, I did reply but given you have banned me for now reason, via our method of trade it seems a lil naive to me.
He showed no proof that I had denied him of a refund or his cape.
He showed no proof that I had logged into his account, or taken anything off it - confirmed by the pictures he uploaded.
He showed no proof even of the fact that it was two days later. So if I pay someone right now for a f cape, then report them right away saying they 'scammed', with the same pics he used, just showing the trade and my logged in with the gear I logged out with, Snow Patrol would ban that person? How the hell is that possible?! How the hell is that right?!?!

In my understanding, I don't see how I could possibly have been banned from what he provided? Not to mention I had responded to his post on my thread, and he ignored that. Not to mention a mod was pming me telling me it was ok! When one mod says one thing, and another bans me for no reason, that's when you know there is a very serious problem here. This guy could be someone trying to get me banned for whatever reason, and he's succeeded very easily.

This shows that no attempt had been made to contact me, besides the post on my thread, which I responded to. By the time I responded he was already gone, it's as if he has no intention or care for the 25m, or the cape, but he simply wants me banned. As I've said I would like to have you or someone collect the 25m asap as this seems to be the reasonable way to fix this now.

I would like a reasoned answer as to why I was banned given everything I have said, as well as what he has said and shown. It is pretty damn annoying to be banned wrongfully at the hands of a dishonest (Claims he tried to contact me) forum leech.

 

Personally I believe Jam's been wrongly banned, there's no evidence to suggest that Jam was logged into the account and took the items from what I can see (pictures are too small for me anyway). This seems to be a mix-up in communication which has turned 'pear-shaped'. Snow, if you're fine with it, I'm happy to hold the 25m (cape price) for Jam, and pay back the user, as I believe he's from NZ (same as me) which would make meeting up with him easier.

 

It seems like S-Brophy paid Jamrspins, possibly gave him an incorrect password, then immediately reported him the following day when the cape wasn't done without trying to get in contact with him first. Before Jamrspins was banned he explained the situation and said he'd be giving a refund, and the buyer hasn't been online since. I don't see what Jam did wrong really, so I'm unbanning. You still need to refund S-Brophy the 25m, please PM me proof when you do, or let RsProd handle it if he's still willing. If I don't hear from you about the refund you'll be rebanned.
