Sengira - disputing ban

I've just today figured I was banned. I'm very displeased about this, as I do not think it's the correct conclusion on my case at all, not to mention all the bad rumors flying around me, too. So, as far as I'm aware, I was banned for keylogging various porn sites, which is not true.

I have not, ever, keylogged anyone - Yes, I do admit, that I once back in 2010 bought a keylogger, because I found it interesting, and yes, I did intend to keylog someone, but I thought you just had to press a button and passwords etc. would come flying in. Fortunately, it wasn't like that and I never really got it to work as I trashed it after that. Afterwards I headed back to my business at Sythe, where it all started. I got banned from the Steam Sales section and got contacted by Firez, who wanted some information regarding this keylogging stuff. Later on, I was unbanned from the Steam Section again.
But as far as I'm aware, it is not about this particular case, but regarding something else. I'm quite sure, it might be about the youtube user named "SengiraCSS" - WHICH IS NOT ME. I've talked to Cosrob about this and explained it all to him, but I'll just explain it all again here, as that PM is long gone, since I can't access it now.
Alright, so back when I registered my account, I wanted to make fun of a friend of mine by picking the name "Sengira" (it was his online name). We both played the game Counter-Strike: Source (hence why the "CSS" part), and it was widely known that Sengira was cheating in this game. Therefore I made it look like he was buying Steam accounts here (when you cheat in CSS, you can get a VAC-ban which makes you unable to connect to any secure servers in the game, hence why he needed new accounts), so it would give him a bad reputation amongst his friends, etc. And that play, to say at least, went perfectly fine.
However, later on (which means a few months later, I think) he decided to use this against me, as I had actually settled here and gotten a nice reputation as well. I had been stupid enough to pick the emails "[email protected]", which matched his youtube account. He decided to frame me by this. As soon as I noticed this, I changed my email to [email protected], but the damage had already been done - He had got a dozen of people to believe I actually was him by putting my vouch thread in his descriptions of the youtube movies - and why wouldn't they? They didn't know sythe after all, didn't know all the PM'ing stuff, email stuff, etc. Therefore he scammed them and I had to deal with those problems it made. I got PM'ed by a lot of people asking me to give them their money back.
Alright, so later this "real Sengira" started to get into hacking, cracking, etc. He started to DoS people's IP address, threathen others and so on - and I of course told everybody that this guy was not me - I even had it in my signature once in a while.

I think that was all. This SengiraCSS guy is not me. Also, to Cosrob saying that I should have been banned a long time ago - Yes, I would actually agree, but the rules wasn't that rough back then, and after all I was "pardoned" by FireZ, who gave me another chance. I later became moderator here, and I have never participated in any blackhat activites since and never will.
