disputing my banned

I'll be starting out by giving some infomation about why I'm banned.

I traded with http://sythe.org/member.php?u=316728 and that caused my ban.

The deal was basically account for money, as we talked we decided to use PayPal as our payment method, since my PayPal account was limited for stupid reasons, I asked my friend cribeltasker if he could accept the payment temporarily untill I will have my PayPal account up and running again, that was a huge mistake that I made. Cribeltasker agreed to accept the payment, and the payment was sent to him and it was confirmed. I waited untill cribeltasker told me the money were in his account, to release the infomation. Cribeltasker then tells me it's not sent as a gift, and it had fee's, so I asked him to refund and asked CryMeARiver to resend as gift + feeless.

He then resent the money as I asked him to, and it was then correctly sent.
I gave him the login infomation, and he logged in and changed password/email. He then told me that the account name wasn't "crash" but "[email protected]", he then demanded a refund for the money, and he would give back the account, I told him read my rules and my post

As my rules state, all sales are final, which means you get what you pay for, so asking for a refund is just stupid and means he never read my rules.

My posts states that it's email logins "I've got 5/6/7 digits with email login names" He chose crash as the one he wanted.

Obviously I thought he knew what he was purchasing, but after dealing with him he gave me serveral of signs that said he thought it was only "crash" and not a domain included.

He decided to dispute the money as he felt scammed, which I can understand, but it shouldn't be on my bill to pay for his mistakes, right?

I would have agreed to a part refund, and the account back if he didn't login and change password/email and ruined offline days. But after he disputed, I had no respect for him.

He also tried to make me look like a multi account user, which I'm not.

I see how it may look like I'm cribeltasker, but feel free to IP check me and his account. The email proof that looks like it's the same contact email, it's not. Clearly you can't see all of the digits of the email account, which means the rest of the digits could be different, and they are. I would appreciate you looking into this.

I've never had problems with any other buyers but this one, you can see all of my legit vouches from multiple buyers.
