fr00t C4ke Requesting a High Pardon

Alright, as I've seen in other successful pardons we'll just start right at the beginning.

Background Story
Back in 2007, I was new to video games (RS not WoW) I was attempting to purchase mils. This was in the Era where eGold and RSGP were the only items accepted for either Habbo Hotel, RS Mils, RS Pins etc. I ran a legitimate SMS shop, which accumulated quite a few vouches before my account (EliteDJ) (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=305760) was hacked. The hacker the presumed to scam people for Habbo furniture and attempt to scam mils etc. DURING this time I was unaware that I was only allowed to make one account. Which is how I made fr00t C4ke. I quit Sythe due to lack of interest and I got keylogged (not only lost my Sythe account, I also lost my RS Account (Full Rune and a Santa). During the time absent from Sythe until roughly 8-10 months ago I became more actively interested in Runescape. I created another account (3rd one I know!) Which was named "CiliX' this was my Heroes of Newerth account name and due to the fact that I wasn't thinking about my OLD account (Fr00t c4ke / EliteDJ) I simply made this one which was QUICKLY banned for Ban evasion after someone did a simple search of the current MSN Address I was using WHICH also is under the "Imposter" MSN of my Original Pin Shop (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=305760) I still have access to the MSN account if needed to prove the validity of this statement. Also, if you'd look at the scam threads all of his start with "[email protected]" none of the threads previously posted from my IP were posted with that MSN. After, I was banned on CiliX it took me 2 days to recover Fr00t C4ke, and at this point I told myself I'd never tell anyone about the messy past on Sythe.

Current Story
Over the past months in which I've been actively trading on Sythe; I've accumulated about 50+ Vouches, $25,000 in trades, and attempted to become more active in the community alone by posting in places other than the market. I've also had Classic PK fly into Wisconsin to do trades with me for PHATS in an airport etc. What actually brought to light my dark past (getting hacked and my one ban evasion [Due to being hacked]) was my donation recently contributed to the site of $296, which would have put me over $300 donated. Of course, this all happens on my birthday (Feb. 16th) clearly it had to happen because, my life was going too great.

Requesting a Pardon
I'm requesting a pardon for Ban Evasion under Fr00t C4ke. I believe that my actions over the past years have been at time unwise but, I HAVE NEVER ATTEMPTED TO SCAM OR SCAMMED ANYONE.

Why Pardon Me?
I've been attempting to become a more active member in other sections of sythe, not just the marketplace (even though that is my main source of income at the time being in college). I believe that I am one of the few people left that can be trusted with large amounts of money or items in ANY game. (I'll try and provide references to the recent 14 Partyhats I purchased off another member.) Also, I've lost a lot of money in the attempt to make successful trades but, have either been reverted or scammed straight of my cash. You could look through my previously posted threads on EliteDJ and Fr00t C4ke and should find at least 5-10 users banned due to my proofs. I also believe that my donation of $300 was going for the benefit of the site in which I make my money due to me attempting to better the servers so that I could trade in times of Holiday seaason.

How I've Changed
I believe that I've become an even more mature member being here for this amount of time. I've also moved onto College and need a source of passive income to pay other things including tuition.

What I'm willing to sacrifice
To come back to the community, I'm willing to give most of my personal information to one of the ADMINS or HEAD MOD in which to hope that would further prove my point in how I'm trying to be a safe member, if needed I can also up my deposit amount as long as i'm free to use the marketplace and create profits for myself and lifestyle.

TL;DR
Throughout this massive post I've tried to include references and other details about my personal life that would hopefully get me to be pardoned from the site. I'd actually like people to take the time and read this. I've not acted hostile to this site until after I realize I got banned (roughly 1-2 Hours) after my donation was picked up. At that point if I was going to get banned I don't feel like it is right to take from people when there should most likely be a IP trace in the beginning of a donation especially that large of a sum.

It is called a "donation" for a reason.

Would have been much more inclined to support this had you been honest about it rather than waiting until after you were caught, especially since it seems as if the only remorse you have for the situation is getting caught...

Ill have to think this one over a bit.

 

I will have to think this over tonight and post an opinion later, although the $300 donation is nice we have to take the whole picture, not just a piece.

 

My thoughts exactly. Inclined to not support for similiar reasons as Nyx.

 

I have known Fr00t for quite a while, and traded with him in the past.

Personally, I generally think he is a nice fellow, and although he may have made a few mistakes, from what I can see, he is being completely honest and straight forward with us.

I just wanted to stake my opinion on him, but I will not be supporting this until some more light is shed on the situation, and hopefully we do not find anything further.

 

Have you told any of the staff members some of your older accounts were hacked before this incident? If not I don't see why you wouldn't.

No way for us to know thats true.

Honestly I don't think I fully support the pardon, but am willing to let the globals hash it out, so I support the pardon being voted on in upper lounge.

 

I'm staying neutral on this on, he's done the good, the bad and the ugly.

apart from the overzealous donation which was obviously to make us support this high pardon, you havent really contributed to sythe, no support.
