Selling: 6 Steam Accounts - TONS OF GAMES!

Did you add my MSN, AIM, or both? I haven't received any messages.

 

I paid Method3909 for Account #1 and I haven't received it over 1 week.
I escalated this to a claim with Paypal because he claims he provided me the account information where I have not received it. (E-mail or otherwise I have no record of it).
If your sellers name is Kevin Lachar in Paypal, make sure you have proof of a working account before paying this fellow.

This is a copy of the last e-mail I get from Kevin as a stall tactic, and all I have right now as correspondence as he did not respond to any of my private messages on Sythe afterwords:

Pxiels303 is a fucking scammer. You know damn well you were provided with the fucking account information, but instead you're trying to get your money back on PayPal so you can make out with a free account. Absolutely pathetic on your part. Nice try, buddy.

 

First off, if it was $10 in question, I would shrug this off and say lesson learned. But it was nearly ten times that amount in my Canadian currency, so I am not letting this one go lightly.

I kept asking you for the information over and over in private messages in Sythe, and I received no such response in any messages. You know what game you are playing buddy, so I will see how this turns out, but in the meantime, how the hell can you sleep at night knowing full well that you steal from others.

If it is true about you having that account, then you eventually will have to sell it to someone else eventually. You likely collect your accounts by ripping off other people. I certainly hope it isn't easy to fake Paypal accounts, because I am letting everyone know what your true name is, so before they do the transaction, they can check to see if the name is Kevin Lachar, and think twice before finalizing it.

Absolutely amazing that you continue to protect yourself. I would have expected that you would simply run away like most scammers and come back with a different nickname. I placed my trust in you, and I guess it doesn't pay to do so. I lost my money and got nothing, but you already know that. You probably are bragging to your buddies about how you ripped this dummy off right now.

Any admin has access to your sent messages in your private messages. I'd invite you to let them see that message which you so claim you provided me in your sent box. I asked several times to prove yourself, as I haven't received any correspondence after you claimed your hard drive failed. I should have immediately canceled the transaction before you had the chance to get your money out. Nowhere do you state when or how you so-called provided me the account.

I am always using Steam with my current account of - Pixels303. Steam ID: 13586945. I never received any other account. You also will see Pixels303 in other forums as I do not go by any other call name, (unless Pixels is not in use). You may contact me at any time with my list of messengers which are listed (Also Pixels303 tag-a likes) or meet me in game in steam. You can ask anyone who knows me online, and anyone who knows me will vouch that I am 100% honest in this regard. I'll even give you my real name, James Parenteau.

If you still retain your statement and refuse to provide the account information to the said Account #1 listed here in this thread, then you should be banned from Sythe for full-knowing participating in fraud. If I had any way of proving without a shadow of a doubt your guilt in this matter, I would exploit any measure to bring you to justice.

If by chance you change your mind and provide me this account information (and a working account as described in my conditions posted in my "Wanted TF2" thread, then I will retract all statements by removing all references to you and also terminate the Paypal Claim. If your good name means anything to you, then cough up the bloody account information, or refund me the money.

Now I don't understand how you or any one else could ever possibly make any assessment that I am attempting to get something for nothing by what I have said. I don't know what else to do to make it more clear.

 

Do moderators read this stuff, and is there anything that can be done about this, or do I simply wait this out? Nowhere do I see any moderators stepping in to offer advice for these issues, which questions the validity of this forum.

They are not answering you because you're the one who's doing the scamming. I'm done dealing with you and this is the reason why I won't ever go first in a transaction. I will not respond to anymore of your messages because you're now on the borderline of harassment.

You are the scammer. I gave you my money, and you gave me nothing in return. I will write only one last time when Paypal finalizes the claim to tell everyone the actual outcome if it ever happens. It is still in review.
For now, you got away with scamming me for 70 bucks. I'll leave it at that.
If you try to post another for sale thread, I will be sure to remind others that you scammed me before anyone buys from you, unless an operator decides that I shouldn't and bans me from Sythe. Your brazen remark is amazing for someone your age.

As far as harassment, your words are worthless. I keep copies of all my outgoing mail as I am sure you keep copies of your incoming mail. I invite you to prove to us that I am harassing you as I know you have nothing to stand on. Same goes for the proof that you actually provided me the account information. Although I am sure that a person of your caliber could in fact entertain falsely generating your own propaganda in order to achieve your objective of discrediting others to sustain your fraudulent activities. If you really want me to harass you, should I call and tell your mom about this or quite simply pay you a visit?

With 20 minutes of searching, I managed to find more than enough information about you from your posts in other forums and your families materials posted on the net.
I'd be more careful the next time you decide to rip someone off, because you never know if they will live next door to you.
