I traded the gold in game first but he didn't pay up. It seems he is using 2 accounts, one to prove that he is legit by showing his vouches and then his second account (flat venge2) which is a newcomer with no vouches to scam with, I'm not sure how this tactic is suppose to help him because the names are almost identical.

Do not deal with this person, especially if he is contacting you via the secondary account (flat vange2). Do not deal with anyone that claims vouches that come from an account named Flat Venge.

I'm not sure if this is in the correct thread but the person in question seems to be working on here so it seems to be the best place to post this.
