Age restrictions on sythe.

The suggestion:
Add an age restriction on new users joining Sythe, e.g. Those who enter their year of birth as 1999, or above, be Blocked from the site automatically from the site for a period.

The Why: Sythe would improve vastly if we stopped all the 10, 13 or 15 year olds from joining. The 13 year olds are the ones that scam, spam, and waste staff's time with disputes.
13 year olds are also the ones that scam when they are "naive" or "immature" and then as their time on sythe progresses, it all comes tumbling out (Yet some STILL are allowed to return)


The How: I have witnesses sites where if you put your D.O.B younger than what is allowed on the site, it blocks you out for a certain time period. I realize some 10 year olds fake their date of birth to get in the site.

If the staff choose to NOT carry out this particular idea, can they at least put age restrictions on the staff they pick?
Also, inb4 someone calls me 13.

I support, but I honestly find it's going to be difficult to filter out the users on the site. Most websites already have this built in, but people still lie. I remember I used to have to lie a while ago to get onto Runescape to play, but it never stopped me?
