I'm saying 13 year olds are a lot smarter than this. Unless he's new to this game and bought the account from a friend or something, whatever. But if he's played for a bit with a bad account, and he's in 8th grade, he should know not to tell people he bought the account, especially when it's against the rules.

To be honest, you really did make a big deal outta this.

Most people today don't even read the rules when signing up, and one of the first things they see when they start is people selling accounts publicly at G E, Lummy, etc. so they never know exactly that it's against the rules. *sigh* The game is fucked up.
