Ill say it's his fault for being to trusting, wich in all fairness, shouldnt be a bad thing, but since majority of people are scammers it has its consequences. That being said, its never anyone but the scammers fault for scamming. If an agreement is made between 2 parties, then its up to each party to hold up thier end of the deal. From there if either one fails to follow through with what was agreed, its not the other persons fault. You kids saying he deserved to get scammed, deserve to be scammed that way people can say its your fault.

I understand what you're saying man, but it IS fair. He scammed you fair and square. You fell for his trap. However, it doesn't mean its RIGHT. From my perspective this is really wrong.
