Let me explain my philosophy. When you enter a dealership, once you've identified the vehicle (party hat) you want, you contact a local car salesman (me). You will ask him questions about the procedure of purchasing a vehicle (party hat). The car salesman (me) is experienced in this field and knows the difference between the crooks and loyal customers. The car salesman (me) offers you the opportunity to test drive the vehicle (shows the party hat in-game). You demand the deed to the vehicle, however the car salesman (me) explains the procedure of purchasing a vehicle (party hat), you still remain arrogant and ignorant of the protocol, for you did not listen to the car salesman (me). You become more violent and demand that I provide you with the deed of the vehicle before payment and that I give you the vehicle first, I inform you that wasn't apart of the contract, you become anxious and threaten to call the police, the car salesman (me) tells you to get out and never come back. You claim that you're a CEO of a manufacturing company that builds these vehicles (party hats) and demands that we respect you and practically hand over the vehicle (party hat), we tell you we don't give a fuck.

 

lmfaoo iDung I read that.. Pretty funny. Stop spamming his thread, if you don't want the partyhat, just simply leave, why do you have to spam "he's a scammer" etc.. How would you feel if someone called you that but you really weren't one, who knows, let him be, stop spamming, or you'll just get an infraction. Consider this a free bump McCartney. (Just report the people that are spamming and ignore them).

 

This is nothing like a car dealership as thats an IRL trade, the point is someone can send their money to you and not receive the partyhat. If it's in an OMM's hands, they'll feel much safer in receiving the hat.
