I reccommend you just sell your phat to a very trusted member such as viou or plznate, sure its cheaper, but you'll save a lot of time and can't get scammed. I've been in your position before, got chargebacked twice for a total of $1050 and a whole bunch of paypal trouble from negative acct balance. If they're not trusted, do not take paypal no matter what, trust me.
