There is solid evidence(read the thread someone just linked) that he has already sold this account to
someone named "Mike¥" and pretty compelling evidence that he also sold it to someone named jcsphinx,

in the case of you not being able to get Mike¥ to testify that you didn't
recover the account from him, but actually have permission to sell it again,
I think you should definitely be banned and encourage any administrator to
put a TWC or a temporary ban on user Zaney if he's unable to do this.

And do not be fooled by his vouch count or his signature as they are
petty guide sales, him training accounts for free or for micro amounts.
