Ban Dispute

I contacted marrow over msn and found out plznate deleted my dispute forum. (I figured considering he banned me for nonsense and doesn't want anyone to see my dispute)

I'm not being rude to you. try reading what I said and you'll understand what I mean. I'm swearing about the idiots who wasted my time, spammed false accusations, and so on..

Why the hell did I get banned for speaking the truth? Plznate is madbecause I'm speaking about what firez possibly did and how it affects the MMS Rank. He stated that he couldn't ban me because he can only speculate I was planning to scam someone. His reason for banning me is "Suspicious Activity" I'm 18 and don't have a right to say to using an OMM, say no to going first, and I can't swear now? What's up with this website?...

Why don't I trust many?

One being trusted users scam all the time and a few days laters claim they're hacked (Firez Possibily, Rabs, and many others in the past) are unbanned after a while. I don't trust MM'S/OMM'S anymore. The only MM I'd trust is R2pleasent and that's it. How does my beliefs punish me in being given the "Trade with caution" rank and being banned over a redicilous reason?

Yesterday I got a TWC rank for hocus pocus.
I don't trust a lot of people and I have actual reasoning behind my beliefs.
After plznate posted a very immature comment in my posted and locked I decided to pm him.

I uploaded our pms.
As you can see the last 2-3 pms I sent he dodged the questions.
In his pm he clearly states I can't speculate firez scammed people and it's against the rules.
If that's so why am I Twc'd for speculation?
Makes absolutely no sense to me..
He also states that he can't ban me because he has no evidence or anything to backup his speculation of me trying to scam people.
When I sent the last pm explaining why I called someone "Dumbfuck" and so on he didn't reply, and simply banned me.
What's that about?
The ban reason is "Suspicious Activity"
I don't have the right to say firez scammed people is claiming to be hacked, but they have a right to accusse me of attempt of scamming people?
Since when did sythe require to use an OMM or go first ?
I'm TWC'D for that very reason.
In my ban dispute I re-directed them to the pastebin of our pms, I pasted the pms, and typed this.

If I were scammer I would buy a disposable phone to let people feel secure by calling me, show a paypal balance to display a false sense of security, and just like you, I wouldnt use an MM.

I'm willing to use my video camera and record my phone number ON MY CELL PHONE.

I was scammed out of $1,200.00 and have yet to get it back from my bank..

Since I was scammed I don't plan to take any risk anymore.
I joined in 2007 and was never accussed of scamming before this bullcrap..

I was actually planning to stop using sythe because of the big misunderstandings, but I decided not to because rumors are spreading about me like the swine flue itself..
In your ipinion do you believe plznate banned me for a valid reason or not?

Feel free to offer opinions please, but I think I am pretty spot on.

 

I'm with nate. Aside from the obvious suspicion that I've always had, I like to see that the dispute/high pardon forum instills a sort of reverence or humbleness in people. Although the latter is obviously not required, it never hurts. Furthermore, nothing has been done to address the fishiness that Nate (and many of us) saw in your posts. Cut to the chase next time and explain the fishiness plausibly.

TL;DR: How did you know that Don's account was sold at FJ without being involved in FJ and Sythe account sales?

My synopsis: if he can provide proof of living in his previous '07 location as well as his current one, I think the FJ speculation will have to be thrown away. As far as the raging and attitude is concerned, David lost twelve hundred bucks in a scam. I'd be pretty pissed, too.
