Guide Verifying

I_DONT_BOT's Suggestion of Guide Verifying. There are a lot of scammers, who's guides are fake, or people selling guides that are leaked. Therefore all guides should be verified before they are allowed to be sold, as staff should know which guides are already been sold, and they can check if the guide has been leaked by a quick google search. This will increase customer satisfaction, and stop innocent people from getting scammed. It is a better methods IMHO

I support this as there are a ton of people scamming with guides that don't get banned always when they should be!

 

You should add there should either be more verifiers or the verifiers should actually respond to your messages because I've waited 2 days and no reply to verify my guide..

 

So basically the guide can be posted in the "unverified guides" section, but can't be sold?

That would be hard to enforce, people who are unfortunatly impatient will still add the person's MSN and begin negotations with them. Especially when people write "limited copies only".

 

Well, they should not be allowed to sell before, and if they do, they should be infracted etc. Or there should be no help to people who claim to be scammed.

 

We already need more verifiers, making ALL guys being sold to be verified is too big of a thing to control.

When its unverified, people know they're buying at their own risk.

 

This would take up way too much time for them. You're TAKING the risk of buying an unverified guide. Therefore, if they don't want to get the guide verified, then don't trade. It's simple.

 

Forcing people to have guides verified is retarded. You're forcing someone to give up a guide they may not want to give up.

+ this has been denied multiple times, and I doubt it will be accepted simply because another thread was made.

 

Tmoe, since free trade, more dodgy guides have been made....

 

Actually since forever dodgy guides have been around. Such as BS transfer methods, patched glitches, etc.. I believe the reason behind banning the sale of glitches is because they become patched rather quickly..

 

^These "dodgy" guides have been around for ages. If you ever looked at unverified guide sales before free-trade there were loads of not-working transfer methods. It's the same now, only difference? These are now luring methods.

 

Tmoe, I have looked at the guides section every day since the creation of this account and I can tell you that before, there were next to no transfer method guides around and the occasional 'scam' guide. You persist that all is fine but still don't give a reason for it.

Once again, here is my evidence as to why the guides section is NOT fine.

Fix it sythe and fix it now. It has been too long.

 

If there was a "Thanks" button, you'd get it.
I checked the guides section a lot as well, and there was hardly any xfer methods.
