[200+ vouches] Buying highly quested account [Super awesome 'n cool]

Hi, I'm looking for a highly quested account. It should have 250+ quest points or a few decent 99s (melee stats don't count), or even a total level of 1800+. The quest that are done doesn't really bother me, but the total points do, so anything with a good amount of points is fine by me. Good stats to have in the high levels/99s are rare skills: Construction, Crafting, Smithing, Mining, and so on. Gold is really not that important; the real deal breaker is quest points.
