Overall they should be 17 vouches, but always when you sell guides alot of the people don't care about vouching. They got their guide and don't mind.
As you can see, i have sold 4 copies of THIS guide. 1 Vouches, 3 anonymos buyers. In my vouches you can see that i have sold an ACCOUNT FOR 60$ via BUYNOW button, and no scam + vouch. Also there is a screen of my paypal, with 12 anonymos guide buyer vouches.

The point of vouches are to show the guide, service, etc is legitimate, not to show how many times you sold a guide. If they didn't vouch and are happy with the guide; Id suggest asking them if they're happy with the purchase and if they could please vouch is so,if they don't then that's it. Vouches show trustworthiness through successful trade where both parties are happy with what was traded; they're not a way to count all transactions as trust.

 

Have you ever sold guides? If theres an good activ sythe user, the people are vouching. If there is someone that isn't really activ and else.. They are not vouching for guides... I personally didn't vouched last year alot for bought guides aswell... Didnt matter for me if they were good or not... You can check other good guide sellers, they have 65% annonym and 35% are vouching. Also this guide has 2 good vouches so please go back on topic the sale.
