The 15th prestige hack was out awhile before the game was actually released. You were actually able to download the Xbox 360 ISO copy of the game 2 months before the actual game came out. So, people had time to investigate it and all and they edited it and found out how to do 15th prestige. Then, with Kinect, they have to create a new Jtag. So, 15th prestige lobbies won't be out for awhile. Plus, the nice thing about treyarch is that they are sticking with this game. There has been people trying to hack 15th prestige and they have been banning and removing them from the leaderboards as I heard from a friend, but I really don't know if he's a reliable source.

 

Babe, there were hacks/mods for Black Ops before the game even came out. Are you honestly surprised?

Don't act like you know anything about JTags because you clearly don't. COD Black Ops mods are only able to be done offline and as I've said previously, Treyarch cares about their games and will not allow mods to happen.
