I already knew Spyike would request a ban someday.

 

On the "Higher pardon rules" I believe that pardoning somone who admitted to "scamming in the past" should not be allowed back on because that does make that person above the rules.

 

I don't think you guys are understanding the concept of high pardons. They're particularly rare, so if you need more clarification on it, read the stickies.

 

Each situation is different and character reform is necessary. Scammers do reform themselves but it doesn't happen often.

 

If i'm not mistake gohan, I'm pretty sure you requested a permanent ban after losing your post count as well. Then you thought about it, and decided to come back. The same thing could happen with Spyike.

 

Like I said, He's done this many times in the past. Yes, he is a great member and all but after a few times it gets old.

 

It's not always prior based on some of the pardons I've seen.

I do understand what you are saying and agree the situation is rare. I've looked at the forum once every few days to see if Harp has tried to post a request. Now heres my theory, what about Kadaj what if he posted for pardon since his whereabouts are unknown since he was banned.

I'm saying there is no benifits in banning him from the fourm as there are only negitives (less donations in the 3 days he remains banned) Which by my donation promo thread stat's is over $250 in donations.

 

Kadaj hasn't requested a pardon, and the choice is up to the admins.

 

Why did he ask for a permanent ban in the first place?

 

Does this mean his over $1000 bonded with sythe is just going to go to sythe?

I'm sure all donation issues will be sorted out with Sythe, Matthew, and Spyike. If you have pending donations, please be patient.

Although I didn't issue the ban, I agree with the decision. Spyike was way out of line with his comments, so temp ban was issued to give him time to cool off.

 

Actually he received the temp ban due to infraction buildup. All infractions were warranted.
