I'd go with that, Considering the 99 att and str and 15m.

 

Why so cheap? I get 90$ for a 99 ranged pure alone @ RS4gold thingy.

$115 imo... Maxed str, att, hp and def. Nice.

If only it had higher mage and range and wealth, that would shoot it up.

$80 - $120, depending on who buys it.

If you want to increase how much this account is worth, finish the ranging and magic and get them both 99. By doing this, you could easily get the GP to 150M-200M if you did everything right.
